A $200 security deposit is required for all reservations upon check in.
Deposit will be returned the same way it was paid as long as their are no damages and nothing is missing.
Your credit card is NOT charged upon making your reservation, your card will only be charged upon check-in. At check-in prepayment is required.
*All Jacuzzi Suites are exceptions. For all Jacuzzi suites the total amount for one night will be charged at time of booking to hold the room.*
Roadhouse 52 Inn & Suites is strictly a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in any part of the building. Ashtrays are located near the front entrance, and guests are permitted to smoke outside, given that they are at least 20 feet away from the doors. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $250.00 fine applied to your check-out bill in addition to the cost of any specialty cleaning services needed by the hotel. Roadhouse 52 Inn & Suites reserves the right to evict anyone from the hotel if this policy is not followed.
No smoking means No smoking of ANY KIND: NO cigarettes, NO vaping, NO cigars, NO marijuana
To guarantee a reservation at the Roadhouse 52 Inn & Suites, a valid credit card is required at time of booking. If a credit card is not available, your reservation will be held for 24 hours, after which the room will be released back into inventory.
Our specialty rooms are non-refundable for all other guest rooms the cancellation policy is as follows:
- Guaranteed reservations at the Roadhouse 52 Inn & Suites must be cancelled by 3:00 pm, 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid cancellation penalties.
- If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours prior to your arrival date, 50% of one night’s room and taxes will be charged to your credit card.
- If you do not cancel your reservation and do not show up your card will be charged one night's room and taxes.
Group and Conference reservations are subject to the cancellation and deposit policies outlined at time of booking and may vary from standard hotel policies.
Roadhouse 52 allows one pet under 50lbs per room. A fee of $20 per pet per night will be applied to your stay. If you intend to bring a pet with you during your stay, this must be expressed at the time of booking, or no less than 48 hours prior to check-in. Pets will only be permitted to stay in main level rooms, and must be on a leash at all times in the hotel hallways and lobby. Pets are not allowed in the hot tub room, recreation room, or breakfast dining room for safety and health reasons. The latter rule does not apply to certified service animals.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel property and in the neighborhood. Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced. Pets must not be left unattended in guest rooms.
Upon check-in, a convenient time for cleaning must be arranged with front desk staff so that they can inform housekeeping. Housekeeping services will only be performed if the pet is not present in the room, or if present, in the company of its handler.
Guests will be responsible for any property damages and/or personal injuries to any person resulting from their pet.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners, employees and operators from all liability, damage, and injuries suffered as a result of the guest’s pet.
The Roadhouse 52 Inn & Suites reserves the right to bill guests for the cost of any damages or deep cleaning fees required due to the guest’s pet.
Check in time at the Roadhouse 52 Inn & Suites is guaranteed at 3PM on the day of scheduled arrival. If your party arrives prior to 3PM and a room is not ready to be checked into, a front desk agent may assist you in storing your bags.
Check out time is 11AM the day of departure. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be subject to charges, if allowed.
There must be at least one adult of 18 years of age or older present in each room booked at Roadhouse 52 Inn & Suites.
The Roadhouse 52 Inn & Suites accepts Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX, as well as Interac payments and cash. Prepayment is required no matter what payment method. If no credit card is available upon check-in, advance payment in cash or through Interac for the full cost of your stay will be required along with a $200.00 deposit, which will be refunded upon check-out, provided there has been no damage to the room.
In the case that a guest’s room is to be paid by another party’s credit card that will not be attending the hotel, a pre-authorization form is required to be filled out by the credit card holder allowing the Roadhouse 52 Inn & Suites to use the credit card for the specified charges. A reservation agent will be able to e-mail you the form to be filled out at your request.
Valid photo ID is required both for the check in process, as well as being a necessity to process a credit card.
We kindly ask that noise levels in rooms and hallways be kept to a minimum for the comfort of all our guests. Roadhouse 52 Inn & Suites does not permit running, playing, or excessive noise in the hallways. Our QUIET TIME IS 9PM. Failure to co-operate within these policies may result in eviction from the property with no compensation. Charges will be applied to your bill for any compensation to other guests regarding noise from your room or party.
Roadhouse 52 Inn & Suites accepts group blocks of up to 20 rooms. Each block is subject to deposit terms determined on a case-by-case basis by the sales manager and client reserving the block. We reserve the right to alter contracts if the terms determined have not been met. Blocks of over ten rooms must be made at least one month in advance. Any discounts given to groups booking a block of rooms are given on a case-by-case basis and may not always be granted. Please direct your booking request to
- Children need to be supervised at all times. Our staff are not here to babysit your children,
You, and your party, are responsible for watching the children and keeping them in the room that you have booked. - If you wish to have alcohol in the room, you must present a liquor license.(Every event
needs to have its own permit!) Alcohol can only be consumed in the room you have booked and have the license for. - Quiet time starts at 10pm
- The time you paid for is the time you have, and this does include the set up and taking
down decorations. - Use of glitter/confetti is an automatic extra $50 charge because it takes us days to clean up.
Failure to follow the above rules will result in extra charges, and could result in being asked
to leave the premises.
